    Rates

    Note: rates are subject to change without notice, and can be negotiated per project. Hourly rates are rounded to nearest 10 minutes. Half-day minimum payment is required for daily rates.

    Travel & Setup: $12/hour
    Camera Fee*: $100 per camera per day, half day minimum charge
    Operator rate: $50/hour per camera
    Additional Equipment Rental Rate: At cost + 20%
    Footage Dump & Exports: $15/hour
    Editing: $50/hour
    DVD Authoring/Design: $40/hour
    Music Composition & Mixing**: $100/hour
    Stock Music, Video, or Photo licensing: At cost + 20%

    Hourly rates are calculated and rounded to 1/6th hour.

    *Using cameras I own. If a different camera is requested for a project, the fee changes to cover the cost of rental (full-day minimum charge on camera requests):

    Panasonic HVX200 – $350/day
    Red One – $1400/day (must be requested at least 14 days in advance)

    **I offer only orchestral music composition, and take projects at my own discretion.

    Guidelines


    Whether or not I accept a project depends on if the it’s content aligns with my moral convictions and standards:

  • Purity – No potentially defiling material (pornographic, suggestive, etc.)
  • Modesty – Clothing needs to sufficiently cover a person’s body, from approximately the neckline to the knees.
  • Sobriety – I don’t require an absence of alcohol, but I won’t accept a project which has elements centered around drunkenness at any level.
  • Integrity – The way in which I am to go about a job must be honest (no “shot stealing,” etc.).
  • Cleanness – Profanity and the use of the Lord’s name in vain cannot be present.
  • Etc. – I reserve the right to refuse any project which I feel may compromise my beliefs and convictions.

    • Because of my commitment to follow these guidelines, some projects may require preliminary research. Additionally, for most projects, I ask that my work be the exclusive work being done (unless there is an agreement beforehand), and that I be given access to necessary locations with enough time before an event for setup.
