The Highländlers
November 19th, 2008
I just added a new link in my blogroll to the website of The Highländlers, a dance group run by the family of a very good friend of mine in Georgia. Here’s what they’re all about:
The Highländlers is a performing team of dancers and musicians from the United States, keeping alive the folk traditions of our European heritage. We use our art both to entertain and instruct, frequently conducting hands-on workshops teaching lively songs and dances that can be learned quickly and easily.

Oh! I’m so happy it’s almost christmas time. I’m just feeling in the christmas season this year. It’s such a joyful season; [especially when it’s cold and the ground is white with snow. Decorating the house, the elegant colors and lights decorating the tree, and of course the Christmas caroling. Brings back so many good memories. Happy holidays everyone!
